11/23 - A report of a woman yelling in the Hill Avenue area may have been a howling coyote, police surmised, after responding to the area and not hearing anything else.

11/24 - A damaged street/stop sign at Coulee Boulevard and Miller Avenue may have been caused by a pedestrian, police thought after looking at it and determining it hadn’t been struck by a vehicle.

11/25 - Responding to the situation of a deer stuck in the canal, police attempted to chase it up the canal walls near the SR-174 bridge. The animal instead ran south in the canal. Later, near North Dam, a group of concerned citizens threw rocks near the animal to encourage it to go towards the mouth of the canal. It eventually went that way and exited the water.

- Police closed and locked an open back door on a Sunny Drive residence after making sure it was secure.

11/26 - No crimes were committed at a Hillcrest Avenue residence, police surmised when they responded to a report of an argument occurring. A woman said that she was upset that a man was spending time in the garage, instead of with her while she was drinking hard cider, and that had led to an argument.

- Police approached a vehicle that security had requested be removed from a parking lot above Grand Coulee Dam. A man was sleeping in the vehicle. Police observed an open can of Coors beer. But the man was not seen driving, and it wasn’t clear when he drank the beer, so he was not charged with any crimes. He did not appear intoxicated. The man was given a ride to the casino in Coulee Dam where family could pick him up, and somebody moved the vehicle.

11/27 - Police responded to a report of barking dogs on Roosevelt Drive after midnight. The owner of the dogs was located at the Electric City Bar & Grill and told about the complaint. Later, police observed that the dogs were no longer barking at the residence.

- A man was banned from at least one residence on Nucoulee Boulevard after being suspected of kicking multiple doors in that neighborhood. He was said to have also kicked another resident’s dog. He was later taken to jail after another incident on Burdin Boulevard in which he allegedly didn’t leave a residence while looking into cars there and being told to leave multiple times by multiple people.

- Police responded to a report of loud children on Hill Avenue. The kids said they were sledding down some stairs and would stop.

11/29 - A man on Fortuyn Road reported that two women had stolen his wallet while they were over to watch a football game on TV. The wallet had contained $10 and three credit cards. Police helped him find phone numbers to cancel the cards. Police went to a trailer on Burdin Boulevard where the suspects were thought to be but didn’t find anyone there.

11/23 - A Buick Le Sabre was impounded for two reasons: it had an expired registration and had been parked on a city street for about three weeks. City code states that a vehicle can’t be parked in the same spot on a street for more than 24 hours from November through March, and no longer than 72 hours from April through October.

- An incident involving a student having a knife at school and getting suspended for 10 days was relayed to tribal police.
