Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the 2022 Preliminary Budget Public Hearing will be held by the ELECTRIC CITY CITY COUNCIL, in council chambers at City Hall, 10 Stevens Avenue, on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 6:00pm.  

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments concerning the 2022 budget at said public hearing.  Information to join the meeting via ZOOM will be available on Friday, December 3, 2021.

A copy of the 2022 Preliminary Budget for the City of Electric City will be available to the public on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the City Clerk’s office: 10 Stevens Ave, PO Box 130, Electric City, WA  99123.


City of Electric City will hold a 2022 Budget Workshop on December 7, 2021 at 6:00pm in person at City Hall, and by ZOOM, at 6:00pm.

NOTICE OF SURPLUS SALE

Grant County Port District No. 7 has declared land and personal property as surplus to the needs of the Port District and is interested in receiving expressions of interest from interested buyers.  Anyone can obtain a copy of the Resolution declaring assets as surplus, including a complete description of assets available for purchase, by contacting: Grant County Port District No,7, P. The Grand Coulee Dam School District has declared the following property as surplus. Please submit bid offers at the School District Office at 110 Stevens Ave, Coulee Dam.

Bids will be opened Dec 17, 2021. All vehicles are sold as is and all sales are final.

Budget Workshop Meeting

The Town of Elmer City will hold a meeting on Wednesday December 1, 2021 at 6:00 PM for the purpose of working on the 2022 Elmer City Budget. Meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. Please contact city hall for an internet link or phone number to attend the meeting. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written or oral comments at said meeting, or comments may be delivered to the Elmer City Town Hall, located at 505 Seaton Avenue. The city hall is accessible to the handicapped.
