The Town of Elmer City will hold a meeting on Thursday October 14, 2021 at 6:00 PM for the purpose of working on the 2022 Elmer City Budget. Meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. Please contact city hall for an internet link or phone number to attend the meeting. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written or oral comments at said meeting, or comments may be delivered to the Elmer City Town Hall, located at 505 Seaton Avenue. The city hall is accessible to the handicapped.

 PUBLIC NOTICE OF A CHANGE OF MEETING DATE

OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONER

Notice is hereby given that Port District #7 of Grant County, Washington will be changing their Regular Meeting for the month of October from 10/28/21 to 10/21/21, at 3:45 pm due to a lack of quorum.  The meeting will be held by telephone conference calling.  Anyone wishing to join the conference call can contact the District Secretary at portdistrict7@gmail.com for connection instructions.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The city council will hold a public hearing on revenue sources for the 2022 budget, including consideration of possible increases in property tax revenues, on October 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the council chambers of the Grand Coulee City Hall. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the revenue sources for the 2022 budget at said public hearing. The hearing will be available via ZOOM, link information will be available October 18, 2021 by contacting city hall (509)633-1150. The city hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.

Planning Commission Public Workshop

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Electric City Planning Commission will hold a public workshop at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Electric City City Hall to kick off the process to review and revise the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Code (Title 18 Electric City Municipal Code) and other implementing regulations as may be required. The purpose of the workshop is to provide an overview of the update process, existing plan and regulations, to solicit comments from the public on land use related issues, and establish a “docket” of potential amendments to review during 2022.

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Those requiring assistance are requested to contact City Hall a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing to notify the City of the type of assistance required. Persons wishing to view project information may contact Electric City City Hall, 10 Western Avenue Street between the hours of 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
