Notice of Intent to File Application

There will be a public hearing on September 14, 2021 at 6:00pm to discuss the City of Electric City’s intent to file an application for federal assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Services.  The hearing will be available via zoom meeting (link published at www.electriccity.us) or in person.

The project scope includes Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 8,000 linear feet of sewer within the City’s sewer system to the tie in with Grand Coulee. The existing line is in poor condition and lining of the pipe will add significant life to the main at the most economical cost.

Any comments regarding this application should be submitted to the City, Attn:  Diane Kohout (mayor) via email at mayor@electriccity.us ; or in writing to Electric City’s City Hall at P.O. CRI Annex LLC

LEGAL NOTICE OF LIEN

 

The personal effects of Bailey, Gendron-Hickson have been seized by CRI Annex LLC for non-payment of rent and said goods shall be auctioned in a lot bid at 10:00AM on September 3rd and 4th 2021, at Storage unit #14, CRI Annex located at 102 Stevens Street, Coulee Dam, WA. 99116, in accordance with the provisions of RCW 19.150.060.  The auction may be cancelled only by the tenant paying the rent owed in full to CRI Annex LLC either before or at the time of the auction.
