New chairman of the board at NCB

North Cascades Bank, division of Glacier Bank, has recently announced the appointment of Beth Stipe as Chair of their Board of Directors, Stipe has over 25 years of experience in governance and board leadership and joined the North Cascades Bank Board in June 2018.
