2022 SEAL coat project – Roosevelt Way, Mead Way, Central Drive, & Crest Drive
The City of Coulee Dam, Washington, will accept electronic bids for the work described below until 1:30 PM. on July 14, 2021 local time. Due to the current COVID situation Bids will be opened and read aloud virtually via the following link:

A bid summary will be issued after opening, emailed to all bidders and posted on the website.
The improvements for which bids will be received are generally described below:
Bituminous surface treatment of approximately 3,300 SY of roadway
Approximately 18,000 LF of crack sealing over 0.85 miles city streets

To Bid the project, Bidder shall download a full set of the BIDDING DOCUMENTS from http://www.varelaplanroom.com under “Public Jobs” and shall be on the Plan Holders List. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Varela Plan Room website and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Additional bid acceptance and contract award provisions are specified in the Contract Documents.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal within 24 hours of bid opening. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Pateros.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held to consider the Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program (TIP) for 2022 – 2027. The Public Hearing will be held in the Coulee Dam Town Hall Ballroom, 300 Lincoln Ave, Coulee Dam Washington, at the regular council meeting of Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at which time the public may give written or oral testimony. This hearing will also be available via teleconference. Access information can be obtained at http://www.townofcouleedam.org or by calling Town Hall at 509-633-0320.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Nespelem School District No. 14 will hold their FY2021-22 Public Budget Hearing as part of their regular monthly Board Meeting. The Directors will meet on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the district office conference room and by zoom for the purpose of adopting this budget for next fiscal year.
