NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGE

We are changing the November Meeting Date from Thursday, November 26th to Thursday, November 19th due to Thanksgiving Day falling on the 26th. Prior to the regular meeting we will be holding our 2021 Budget Hearing.

The Budget Hearing will begin at 3:45pm and the Regular Meeting will be held immediately following the Budget Hearing. Both will be held by a Telephone Conference Call. Anyone wishing to join the meeting may contact the Port Secretary at portdistrict7@gmail.com prior to the meeting date for dial-in information. A copy of the Budget may also be requested at the same address.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Electric City will hold a Preliminary 2021 Budget Hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 6:00pm via teleconference (call City Hall at 633-1510 for instructions). Copies of the 2021 Preliminary Budget will be available at City Hall during normal business hours beginning Friday, November 20, 2020. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written comments concerning the 2021 preliminary budget at said hearing.

Copies of the 2021 Final Budget will be available during normal business hours beginning Friday, December 4, 2020. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written comments concerning the 2021 final budget at said hearing.

Notice of Public Budget Hearing and Change of Regular Meeting Time

Public Hospital District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2021 budget for the aforementioned facilities.

The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, November 30th 2020 at 5:45pm via zoom, the zoom information can be found at http://www.cmccares.org.

A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center.

The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting for November will be immediately following the budget hearing.
