Police were unable to tell if clothes had been stolen, however, the woman accused of stealing clothes was in violation of a no contact order because a man who has the order against her was also at the residence. She was taken to jail.

- A man’s ex-wife was allowed to gather some belongings at the man’s Grand Coulee Hill Road home. The woman was then banned from the property.

- A disabled jetski was towed in by a civilian from where it was disabled on the North end of Banks Lake. Police were not needed. There were no injuries.

Coulee Dam Police

7/13 - Police responded to a Birch Street residence, where a man said he wanted a woman to leave. The woman left on her own. Police stood by until Tribal Police arrived, as the residence was on trust land in their jurisdiction. The Coulee Dam officer told them what had happened prior to their arrival.

- An officer heard what sounded like a gunshot near Lincoln and Douglas Street, but saw nothing unusual after checking the area.

7/14 - A Columbia Avenue man went outside to find the door to the gas tank partially open, and about half a tank of gas missing, about eight gallons.

7/18 - Police were told about a possible DUI near the football field. The vehicle was found in the parking lot of the casino. When the vehicle left, police followed, but saw no signs of driving under the influence. The car was pulled over for failing to use a turn signal at Columbia and Spokane avenues. The driver said she wasn’t from town, and was confused about the intersection. The officer explained it was a common mistake. There were still no signs of a DUI. The vehicle was allowed to leave.
