Neshia and Jesse Billups of Electric City, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Liberty Lee, born Monday, April 20, 2020, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 6 lbs., 2 oz., and was 18-3/4 inches in length at birth.

Siblings include Cairo Sage Billups, age 2. Maternal grandparents are Sameh Farag, of Moses Lake ,Washington, and Sasja Farag, of Coulee City, Washington. Paternal grandparents are Casey Billups of Wilson Creek, Washington, and Terrie Billups of Grand Coulee, Washington.
