2/20 - The owner of storage units on Grand Coulee Avenue reported two units had been broken into. Pictures were taken and the owner would contact the unit renters about the incident and tell police if anything is reported missing.

2/21 - The Department of Licensing reported a man saying over the phone that he was going to overdose on heroin and kill himself. An officer went to an Electric City address where the man’s sister lived. She said he didn’t live there, but lived in a hotel in the Seattle area. She called him and an officer spoke to him. The officer noted that the man didn’t sound suicidal, and that he said he was just venting to the DOL. He thanked the officer for checking up on him.

- Police were told of a “vehicle vs building” incident on Main Street in which a vehicle jumped a curb, hitting the Siam Palace building, then went into reverse across Main Street, through a parking lot and down a 10-foot embankment. It stopped on Seaton Avenue with its rear resting against a guy wire for a telephone pole. An estimated $10,000 damage was caused to Siam Palace, where the vehicle had pushed in a concrete planter, bent window frame, damage to the inside and outside of a wall, and more. About $5,000 was caused to the vehicle. Police spoke to the passenger. The driver, an elderly Coulee City woman, had been taken to the hospital.

- A possible fire on Roosevelt Drive turned out to be a propane fireplace.

2/24 - A man was reported exited the side, gym door to the Center School. Police secured that door and notified the building owners.

2/25 - Two storage units on B Street had their locks cut. The units were still full of belongings. The owner of the units was told to contact the renters to see if anything was missing, and if so to report it.

- A woman on Grand Coulee Avenue was taken to jail. She reported being punched by her boyfriend. An officer noted redness on her face, but when speaking to the boyfriend observed he had blood dripping from his nose, scratches on his face, and blood on his clothing. The boyfriend said he’d only pushed her away in self defense. She again told the officer she was punched in the face, but was still arrested and taken to jail.

2/26 - An attempted burglary was reported on Roosevelt Avenue in Electric City where a flashlight was found under a window. There was no evidence of entry on the window and the screen was still in place. There are no suspects.

2/27 - The hospital reported a man acting suspicious and writing down wi-fi codes. Police spoke to him at his Burdin Boulevard residence, where he said he was trying to set up a wi-fi extender. He gave the information he wrote down to the officer, who informed him he was banned from the hospital.

- An Electric City woman said she was being harassed by another woman over social media. If it continues she could pursue an anti-harassment order.

- A woman reported a truck speeding past her house on Hillcrest Avenue every day. Police said they would monitor traffic in the area and look for the speeder.

2/28 - A pedestrian reported almost being hit by a blue Ford Mustang driving without its lights on near Alcan Road and Yakima Street.

3/1 - A woman walking on Stevens Avenue in Electric City reported finding in a bush a Crown Royal bag that she believed to contain drugs. Police took the bag containing a green leafy substance and an orange waxy substance.
