PROPOSED 2020 BUDGET WORKSHOP AND HEARINGS, AVAILABILITY OF 2020 PRELIMINARY BUDGET AND

FINAL BUDGET HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a 2020 Preliminary Budget Workshop will be held on October 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. , a 2020 Preliminary Budget Hearing will be held on November 12, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. and a Final Budget Hearing will be held by the Electric City Council on December 10, 2019, at 5:45 p.m. located at the Electric City Hall at 10 Western Ave, Electric City. This hearing may be continued from day-to-day until December 31, 2019. All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2020 Budget at said public hearings.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a copy of the 2020 Preliminary Budget for the City of Electric City will be available to the public on November 20, 2019, at the City Clerk’s office, 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, WA. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2020 preliminary budget. City Hall is accessible to persons of all abilities.

The registration deadline for online registrations, mail-in registrations and transfers is October 28, 2019. Any qualified elector who is not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register to vote in person at the Auditor’s Office up to and including, election day, November 5, 2019.

You can register or obtain registration forms at the Auditor’s Office, on line at http://www.votewa.gov, and the Department of Licensing.

The Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 104, at the County Courthouse, will be open so voters may obtain replacement ballots, drop off voted ballots, obtain provisional ballots, and use the Accessible Voting Units, at the following times.
