9/17 - A vehicle parked in the alley behind the senior manor on Continental Heights was blocking access for the city to do repairs. The owner was told by an officer to move the vehicle. They said they would.

- A Child Protective Services employee asked an officer to escort her to a Dill Avenue residence. The person she wanted to talk to wasn’t home.

9/18 - A mother was concerned for her son who wasn’t at his home in Electric City. An officer checked, and the son is in jail. He was unable to reach the mother back to relay the information to her.

- A woman complained that the construction in and around SR-155 near the post office in Electric City almost caused an accident, and that the construction equipment drivers weren’t being careful enough. An officer observed the area for a while and noted that there was no flagger, and the construction drivers did come in and out of traffic. The officer informed city hall, who said they’ve received other complaints, and would contact the engineer for the project.

- A woman observed a small, red truck driving erratically heading east on SR-174. The truck pulled over before the Lincoln County line. She thought the driver may have had a medical condition. An officer observed where a vehicle had pulled in and turned around, observable in the mud, but it was gone by the time he got there a short time after it was reported.

9/19 - Answering a call about an argument on Palmer Avenue, police spoke to a man who said he was arguing with another man about his cell phone, which he believes he left at the man’s house, and that he wanted back. The other man was gone before the police arrived.

- Cafe Espresso reported three men in a white van harassing their baristas. An officer approached the driver outside of Safeway and told him they were banned from the coffee stand. The man said he didn’t understand English well. The employees said he spoke and understood English in their interaction. The officer made sure the man was clear about being banned.

- A dark green Ford truck was reported as suspicious on Spokane Way. The reporting party stated the truck would drive by their house slowly, where children were playing, but when an adult stepped outside it would speed away. The driver was described as in his mid 30s with dark hair, a beard and a mustache. An officer told the reporting party to get a license plate if possible if it happens again.

9/20 - A bicycle found at the former middle school will be kept in the school’s lost and found.

9/21 - A man was arguing with his ex-girlfriend in the Boulder Avenue area because she wouldn’t unlock a storage unit he had things in. The woman said the man owed her money for rental of the unit. Police said she couldn’t keep his items from him. She agreed to meet him at the storage unit.

- A man was arrested on a King County warrant for identity theft and taken to Grant County Jail. He was a passenger in a car police pulled over on Alcan Road because the driver had a suspended license.

9/22 - An officer responded to a report of loud music on Dill Avenue but didn’t hear loud music himself.

- A woman on Roosevelt Drive found a cell phone in her back yard, and believes someone may have been casing her residence.

- Two men got in a fight on Main Street. Each said the other had instigated it. A witness unassociated with either of them said that one man had pushed the other. He was issued a citation for fourth-degree assault, at which point he began throwing a tantrum “like a little child,” according to the police report.

9/15 - A small dog was barking on Spruce Street. An officer spoke to the owner who explained it’s a new dog that can’t be inside because her son has an allergy. The woman said if it continues the dog can go to Elmer City.

9/17 - Storage units on Lincoln Avenue were reportedly broken into, but nothing was reported missing. An officer believes the units were broken into at the same time a trailer in the same area was broken into four days earlier.
