Notice of Special Filing Period

There will be a special 3 day filing period for offices that no one filed for during the regular filing period for offices with vacancies.

Special Filing Period: August 21-23, 2019

The Special Filing Period will start at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, and end at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 23.

Candidates can come into the Auditors Office to file or file online by going to vote.wa.gov/Okanogan

All candidates will go on the General Election Ballot.

If you have any questions please call the Auditors Office at (509) 422-7240.

Coulee Hartline School District

The Coulee Hartline School Board of Directors are requesting bids for the construction of a two level pole storage building, 16’ x 36’ x 20’. The bid packet may be obtained by contacting the Coulee Hartline District office, 509-632-5231, ext. 1, or at 410 W. Locust St., Coulee City, WA 99115. Sealed bids must be submitted to Supt. Jim Evans by Tuesday, August 27, 2019 by 3:00 p.m. The Coulee-Hartline Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

LODGING TAX Applicants

The City of Electric City will be accepting applications for the use of Lodging Tax Funds from all eligible organizations September 1st through September 30th, 2019. Eligibility, directions and the application can be found and downloaded from the City’s website at electriccity.us, or City Hall located at 10 Western Avenue, PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123, (509) 633-1510.

The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this Estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the Decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.
