Notice of Special Filing Period

There will be a special 3 day filing period for offices that no one filed for during the regular filing period for offices with vacancies.

Special Filing Period: August 21-23, 2019

The Special Filing Period will start at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, and end at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 23.

Candidates can come into the Auditors Office to file or file online by going to

All candidates will go on the General Election Ballot.

Coulee Hartline School District


Construction of Pole Storage Building

The Coulee Hartline School Board of Directors are requesting bids for the construction of a two level pole storage building, 16’ x 36’ x 20’. The bid packet may be obtained by contacting the Coulee Hartline District office, 509-632-5231, ext. 1, or at 410 W. Locust St., Coulee City, WA 99115. Sealed bids must be submitted to Supt. Jim Evans by Tuesday, August 27, 2019 by 3:00 p.m. The Coulee-Hartline Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

LODGING TAX Applicants

The City of Electric City will be accepting applications for the use of Lodging Tax Funds from all eligible organizations September 1st through September 30th, 2019. The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this Estate. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the Decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.
