Notice of Change of Regular Meeting Date and Meeting Cancellation

Public Hospital District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Medical Clinic, will be changing the regular board meeting date for the month of May.

The next Board meeting will be held Monday, June 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Coulee Medical Center training room.

There will be no regular June Board of Commissioners meeting.

Notice of Sale of Surplus Items

Delano Transfer Station

The City of Electric City will sell by sealed bid the following:

1) 1988 GMC Truck, minimum bid is $500.00.

2) 40 Yard roll off bin, minimum is $500.00.

The vehicle and roll off bin are being sold AS IS and are available for viewing Monday, June 10th through Tuesday June 11th, at the Delano Transfer Station 22152 Alcan Drive NE, Grand Coulee, from 9am to 2:00pm. Bids must be submitted on the city supplied bid form which may be obtained online at electriccity.us or from the Electric City Clerk’s Office at the address below. Sealed bids must be received at City Hall by 12:00 (noon), Wednesday, June 12, 2019 City Clerk’s Office, 10 Western Ave. PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123. Sealed Bids, plainly marked “Sealed Bid Transfer Station” will be opened at 1:00 p.m. The successful bidder will submit payment and remove the purchased item by 4:00 p.m. Friday June 14, 2019. Failure to pay for and remove the purchased item will cause the item to be awarded to the next highest bidder.

1) 1989 International Dump Truck Minimum bid is $5300.

2) 13,000-gallon scrap asphalt oil storage trailer Minimum bid is $100.

The vehicle and asphalt oil storage trailer are being sold AS IS and are available for viewing Monday, June 10th through Tuesday June 11, please call City Hall at 633-1510 to make appointment from 9am to 2:00pm. NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP

Zoning Amendments

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public workshop will be held by Electric City at 6:00 to on June 6th, 2019 at City Hall located at 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, Washington, to receive public input regarding amendments to the Zoning Ordinance. The draft amendments can be found on our website at http://www.electriccity.us under the Government Tab then Planning and Zoning.

The public is encouraged to attend, comment and be involved with reviewing the proposed amendments. You can also submit comments regarding the Zoning amendments in writing to City of Electric City, PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123. Please call 509-633-1510 or go to our website http://www.electriccity.us for more information. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.
