PROPOSED 2019 BUDGET
PUBLIC HEARING
A copy of the 2019 Preliminary Budget for the City of Grand Coulee is available to the public at the City Clerk’s office, 306 Midway, P.O. Box 180, Grand Coulee, WA 99133.
The city council will hold a Final Budget Hearing on December 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the council chambers of the Grand Coulee City Hall. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2019 budget at said public hearing. The city hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. Please let us know if you will need any special accommodations to attend the hearing.

LEGAL NOTICE
Weis Towers LLC is proposing to construct a new 299 foot tall guyed - lattice communication antenna tower for wireless telecommunication antenna arrays on privately owned fee land. The site location has been previously disturbed by primitive road building activities and other communication tower placement by WADOT. The proposed tower site is located in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 30 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. In accordance with the National Preservation Act of 1966, as amended and the 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for Review under the National Preservation Act-Final Rule, Weis Towers LLC is hereby notifying the public of the proposed undertaking and soliciting comments on any Historic Properties within a 0.75-mile radius of the undertaking which are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. On the 4th day of December 2018, the City Council of the City of Grand Coulee passed the following Resolution. A summary of the content of said Resolution, consisting of the title, provides as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 18-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND COULEE, WASHINGTON, INCREASING THE SCHEDULE OF CHARGES FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARY OF THE CITY OF GRAND COULEE.
