Small Works/Vendor Roster

The Town of Elmer City is accepting applications from interested contractors and vendors wishing to be placed on the Small Works and Vendor Rosters. Whenever the Town seeks to construct any public works or improvement with an estimated cost of $200,000 or less, the Small Works Roster may be utilized. The Vendor Roster may be utilized by the Town when purchasing materials, supplies, or equipment not connected to a public works project with an estimated cost of $15,000 or less. All interested contractors and vendors are invited to submit an application. Interested parties can request application forms at Elmer City Town Hall, 505 Seaton Ave., Elmer City, WA. 99124. The Grant County Conservation District

NOTICE OF MEETING

The Grant County Conservation District will hold a meeting at 1:00 PM on November 13, 2018 at the office on 1107 S Juniper Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837 location to adopt a resolution setting the date, time, and location of an election to fill a Conservation District Supervisor’s expiring term. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Budget Hearings will be held on October 23, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. and November 13, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. and a Final Budget Hearing will be held by the Electric City Council December 11, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. located at the Electric City Hall at 10 Western Ave, Electric City. This hearing may be continued from day-to-day until December 31, 2018. All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2019 Budget at said public hearings. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a copy of the 2019 Preliminary Budget for the City of Electric City will be available to the public on November 23, 2018, at the City Clerk’s office, 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, WA. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2019 preliminary budget. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.

Grant County Port District No. 7

NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGE

The Grant County Port District No. 7 has changed its regular board meeting for October to Tuesday, October 23, at 4 p.m., at the Grand Coulee Dam Airport Office. There will be no meeting Thursday, October 25.
