A comedic, yet honest, interpretation of the class system and the human spirit of Colorado settlers and Denver Society will be portrayed by the Masquers Theatre cast of "The Unsinkable Molly Brown," beginning this Friday in Soap Lake.

Jeremy Hansen and Madeline Piccolo are among the cast members from the Grand Coulee Dam area, and sometime-director Carol Boyce is a costume designer for the production.

Directed by Patty Jardine and assistant director Mistya Zaleski, the musical is an uplifting and American-spirited tale and a rags-to-riches story with "miners, brawls, pretty girls, love, romance and maritime disasters," the theater's promotional material states.
