Terry Brewer, Grant County PUD Commissioner and incumbent, will be the guest speaker at Chamber this Thursday, September 20. The group will be meeting at La Presa Restaurant in Grand Coulee at noon.

Veteran Resource

and Job Fair

A Veteran Resource and Job Fair will be held Saturday, September 29, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Grant County Fairgrounds 4H Building, 3953 Airway Drive in Moses Lake. Employment opportunities, free cold weather gear for homeless veterans, representatives from the VA, Veteran organizations, community partners and much more will be at this fair. Coordinated in partnership with Grant County Veterans Advisory Board. This is for all veterans of all eras, service members and their families. TOPS Meetings

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 1524 meets on Tuesdays at 9:15 a.m. at Grand Coulee Senior Center prior to the exercise group gathering at 10 a.m. Come and join for the health of it. The SAIL exercise class follows this meeting beginning at 10 a.m. There is no charge. Also, a SAIL exercise class is held Mondays, Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m., and Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., in the basement of the Coulee Dam town hall.
