NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on September 13, 2018 at 6:45 p.m., the Town of Elmer City will hold a public hearing to review and update its Critical Areas Ordinance (CAO). This update is a requirement of the Growth Management Act. The CAO relates to the identification, classification, and regulation of critical areas. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide testimony regarding this ordinance. Copies of the ordinance are available at Elmer City Town Hall, located at 505 Seaton Avenue. The Elmer City Town Hall is accessible to the handicapped.

4 Yard Garbage Rate Increase

An error in calculations was made when raising the 4 Yard Garbage Rate on Ordinance No. 527-2017. As a result the rate will remain as published in the Ordinance until November 1, 2018, when the revised rate will go into effect.
