Notice of Public Budget Hearing and Change of Regular Meeting Time

Public Hospital District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2018 budget for the aforementioned facilities. The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, November 27, 2017 at 4 p.m. in the Public Conference Area, 411 Fortuyn Road, Grand Coulee, Washington. A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center. The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting for November will be immediately following the budget hearing.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide either written or oral comments concerning the 2018 Budget at said Hearing.

NOTICE: UTILITY RATE INCREASES

ELECTRIC CITY RESIDENTS

SEWER - Residential and Commercial Sewer Rates will increase $5 per residential unit beginning on your January 1st Bill.

GARBAGE - Residential Garbage Rates will increase by 3 percent beginning on the March 1st Billing. The new residential rates are as follows: 35 Gallon - $26.16, 65 Gallon - $28.17, 95 Gallon - $35.74. Commercial rates will also be increased by 3 percent. If you would like the new rates please contact City Hall at 633-1510.

Grant County Port Dist. 7

NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGE

Grant County Port District #7 will hold its monthly meeting on 27 November 2017 rather than the previously scheduled date of 30 November 2017.

The Port’s 2018 budget review will be discussed at this meeting. Budget discussion will begin at 4 pm at the Grand Coulee Airport Office, with the general meeting of the Commissioners to follow.
