Diana Parrish, Electric City's new deputy clerk is now on the job. She replaces Russ Powers, who will become city clerk later this month. Her husband, Brad Parrish, who was a city council member, resigned from the council to avoid any potential conflict of interest. Diana previously worked for New Paradigm Physical Therapy in Electric City.
