NONPROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

As Notice Agent, I have elected to give notice to Decedent’s creditors.

On the date of filing of this Nonprobate Notice to Creditors with the court:

• I had no knowledge of:

• Any other person acting as Notice Agent, or

• The appointment of a Personal Representative for Decedent’s probate estate in the state of Washington.

• According to the records of the Court that were then available:

• No cause number regarding Decedent had been issued to any other Notice Agent, and

• No personal Representative of Decedent’s probate estate had been appointed.

Any person having a claim against Decedent must present the claim:

• Before the time when the claim would be barred by any applicable statute of limitations, and

• In the manner provided in RCW 11.42.070:

• By filing with the foregoing Court the original of the signed Creditor’s Claim, and

• By serving upon or mailing by first class mail to me at the address provided below a copy of the signed Creditor’s Claim.

The Creditor’s Claim must be presented by the later to occur of:

• Thirty (30) days after I served or mailed this Notice to you as provided in RCW 11.42.020(2)(c), or

• Four (4) months after the date of first publication of this Notice.

If the Creditor’s Claim is not presented within the foregoing time period, the claim will be forever barred except as provided in RCW 11.42.050 and 11.42.060. This bar is effective for claims against both the Decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.

In accordance with RCW 9A.72.085, I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

CITY OF GRAND COULEE

PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO TITLE 11.17.498 DEFINITION OF MICRO-BREWERY TO INCLUDE DISTILLERIES AND ALLOW FOOD SERVICE/RESTAURANTS AND VARIOUS CHANGES TO TITLE 17 ZONING DISTRICT USE CHART

The Grand Coulee City Council will hold a public hearing on April 12, 2016 at the Grand Coulee City Hall, 306 Midway. The purpose of this hearing is to review and consider proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Grand Coulee Municipal Code development regulations to permit certain activities in the central business and highway commercial districts and to discuss change in the definition of microbrewery.

The public is encouraged to attend this hearing and make comments on the proposals. Any persons interested in commenting on these items should plan to attend this hearing or send written comments prior to the meeting. Printed and electronic copies of the documents may be obtained by contacting Grand Coulee City Hall. The documents may be viewed during regular business hours at City Hall. Grant County Fire District No.14

Small Works/Vendor Roster

The Grant County Fire District No. 14 is accepting applications from interested contractors and vendors wishing to be placed on the Small Works Roster and Vendor List as provided under RCW 35.04.155.  Whenever the fire district seeks to construct any public work or improvement with an estimated cost of $200,000 or less, the small works roster may be utilized.  Whenever the fire district seeks to purchase materials, supplies, or equipment not connected to a public works project with an estimated cost of $15,000 or less, the vendor list may be utilized.  All interested contractors and vendors are invited to submit a letter of interest which contains the following information:

a) Business name, address, telephone/fax number, and contact person

b) Contractor’s Washington Business License registration number

c) Insurance and bonding companies

d) List of projects and project owners for last year (contractors only)

e) Nature of business or service, or type of supplies or equipment

Submit required information to Grant County Fire District No.14, P.O. Box 282, Electric City, WA 99123.

NOTICE OF STATE’S INTENT

TO NEGOTIATE LEASES

Department of Natural Resources will begin negotiation of expiring leases with existing lessees on the following parcels. All leases are subject to third party bids by interested parties. Lease terms and bidding information is available by calling the Southeast Region at 1-800-527-3305 or by visiting the Region Office at 713 Bowers Road, Ellensburg, Washington 98926. These leases expire August 31, 2016.

Written request to lease must be received by April 25, 2016, at the Department of Natural Resources, 713 Bowers Road, Ellensburg, Washington 98926.

Each request to lease must contain a certified check or money order payable to the Department of Natural Resources for the amount of any bonus bid, plus a $100 deposit. The envelope must be marked “Sealed Bid” and give the lease number, expiration date of lease applied for, and give the applicant’s name. The applicant must be prepared to purchase any improvements that belong to the current lessee. For details and qualifications to submit a request, contact the Ellensburg office or call 509-925-8510.
