PRELIMINARY BUDGET

FINAL BUDGET HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Budget Hearings will be held on November 3, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. and November 18, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. and a Final Budget Hearing will be held by the Electric City Council, December 8, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. located at the Electric City Hall at 10 Western Ave, Electric City. This hearing may be continued from day-to-day until December 31, 2015. All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2016 Budget at said public hearings. City Hall is handicapped-accessible.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a copy of the 2016 Preliminary Budget for the City of Electric City will be available to the public on November 20, 2015, at the City Clerk’s office, 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, WA. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2016 preliminary budget. City Hall is handicapped accessible.

Notice of Public Budget Hearing and Change of Regular Meeting Time

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2016 budget for the aforementioned facilities. The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, October 26, 2015, at 6 p.m., in the Public Conference Area, 411 Fortuyn Road, Grand Coulee, Washington. A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center. The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting for October will be immediately following the budget hearing.

Colville Tribal Correctional Facility (CTCF) is issuing a Request for Proposal. Seeking a flooring contractor to replace carpet and tile in specified areas of CTCF.
