Barry Peacock had a surprise visitor Friday at his retirement farewell at Coulee Dam's community room. His sister, Debbie Docherty, of Spokane, joined dozens of town folks who turned out to wish Peacock the best after he had served 29 years as superintendent of public works for the town. - Roger S.
