Spend money on kids

About Electric City: We had our water, sewer, garbage raised to where some of us on fixed incomes can’t afford it, to get our roads fixed. Haven’t seen it yet. It’s been years when they chipped sealed. If we have money, spend it on the kids that come on vacation — a playground or something they can do.
