SUMMARY OF ORDINANCES PASSED

OF THE CITY OF ELECTRIC CITY, WASHINGTON

On the 12th day of March, 2013 the City Council of Electric City passed the following ordinances. A summary of the content of said ordinances, consisting of the title, provides as follows:

ORDINANCE NO 472-2013

AN ORDINANCE Amending ELECTRIC CITY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 2.20.020 titled “Council Meetings”

ORDINANCE NO. 473-2013

AN ORDINANCE Amending ELECTRIC CITY MUNICIPAL CODE Section 6.15.010 TITLED “CHICKEN Management”

ORDINANCE NO 474-2013

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ELECTRIC CITY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 18.18.040 “LIVESTOCK” TO CONFORM WITH CHAPTER 6.15 “CHICKENS”.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Noxious Weed Consultants of the Noxious Weed Control Board of Grant County will begin inspecting properties on March 25, 2013, in accordance with RCW 17.10.160, for the purposes of general inspection, the taking of specimens of weeds, and the performance of eradication or control work. If there is any landowner who objects to these inspections, please notify the Noxious Weed Control Board of Grant County at (509) 754-2011, Ext. 375, or (800) 572-0119, Ext. 375, by March 25, 2013.
