A $1 million arrest warrant was issued Friday for the man suspected of the Oct. 17 killing of Tracy Fullbright.
Adrian Rodriguez, 28, of Moses Lake, was identified in the arrest warrant charging first-degree kidnapping and first-degree murder. Rodriguez is currently in the Franklin County jail on an unrelated charge. He is scheduled for release Dec. 9, and will be taken into custody by Grant Co...
