Troy L. Fancher, 55, of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Troy was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy at age 19. Melvin Alfred Eagle, 81, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at the Lincoln Hospital in Davenport, Washington.
