Too far from chaos to be nothing

This might be worth contemplating, or not, but for the first time in at least 30 years, we heard no fireworks in Coulee Dam other than the official show off the dam. Police actually wrote a report to say that they had no fireworks reports. Local firefighters did not have to respond to fire emergencies in local towns. The closest local report came from Steamboat Rock State Park.
