The family of Jay Arnold Anthony, 73, announces his passing away early in the morning on September 6, 2012. Jay passed away peaceably in his sleep at the Valley Care Center in Okanogan, Wash. Jay has resided at the care center since suffering a stroke at his home in Riverside, in 2007. Raymond G. Stroh, 85, a retired electrical and consulting engineer died September 10, 2012, in Tracy, Calif. Mr. Stroh, a native of Tower City, North Dakota, grew up in a farm family of eleven children. He received his higher education at the North Dakota School of Science in Wahpeton, N.D. This is where, in 1946, he met the love of his life, Katherine Neubauer. They were later married in 1948. Carolyn Lee Pachosa, 83 passed away at Brewster, Wash., on Monday, August 27, 2012. She was born in Lumber City, Ga., on January 1, 1929, to Howard and Rose Wilbanks. Carolyn adored her Aunt Bertha Lowery who helped raise her. Her father Howard married Alice Coley when Carolyn was about eight years old and this union produced 10 siblings whom she cherished. Larry W. Hall, Sr., 69, of Electric City, peacefully passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. Larry was born on October 3, 1942, to Ruby and Ernest Hall of Omak, Wash. Larry entered the Navy in 1959 and rose to the rank of Lt. Commander before retiring after 22 years of service. Dale Steven Hilson, 52, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 20, 2012, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. He was born August 26, 1959, in the Coulee Dam Hospital to Jack and Dolores (Godfrey) Hilson. Donna N. Broach, 74, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, in Spokane, Wash. She was born September 10, 1937, in Coulee Dam, Washington, to the home of Walter and Rosalie Booth. Walt was born in 1923 in a little town in northern Wisconsin, where he grew up loving the outdoors, a love that lasted all his life.
