Elizabeth (Betty) Green, 94, passed away Monday, July 8, 2013. Daughter of August and Mary Bauer, she spent part of childhood in the Colville and Spokane area. When her parents came home to take over the family farm south of Wilbur, Betty attended and graduated from Wilbur High School. She married Irvin Green in 1938 and the couple moved to a cattle ranch 10 miles east of Nespelem, Wash., where they raised registered and commercial cattle for the next 42 years. Glenn Dee Stauffer, 71, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2013. He was born on May 24, 1942, to Alvin Godfrey Stauffer and Rachel Della Rindlisbacher in Ogden, Utah. Glenn graduated from Weber High School in 1960 after which he attended Weber State College. In 1966 Glenn enlisted in the Army Reserves from which he retired after 22 years of active service.
