Coulee Dam Police 1/6 - Police were told about a man taking a significant amount of money from a woman’s aunt’s bank account. Grand Coulee Police 12/15 - A deer lost its life in a “deer vs vehicle” collision near Weil Place and SR-174. There was no human injury nor damage to the vehicle. The deceased deer was salvaged by witnesses to the collision. 12/17- Suspicious circumstances were reported on Ronald Drive where a property owner reported getting security camera notifications then the cameras going out altogether. Grand Coulee Police 12/4 - Police responded to a report of suspicious circumstances involving a motor home. The report notes that someone was loading items into a vehicle, “which could be stolen.” 12/5 - A suspect was arrested on Midway Avenue and Federal Avenue “in connection with an investigation being conducted by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.” The person was taken to the county jail. Coulee Dam Police 12/9-12/13 - Reports were filed without descriptions of the circumstances but related to “suspicious circumstances” on Stevens Avenue in Coulee Dam, a theft on Goodfellow Avenue in Electric City, and a hit and run traffic accident on the bridge in Coulee Dam. 12/14 - An elderly man had been knocked down by a dog running at large in the area of Fir Street. Grand Coulee Police 11/13 - A safety manager from the Grand Coulee Dam reported about $3,000 of equipment stolen, including “blasting hoods” and “full face respirators.” The items had been dropped off in duffle bags on the porch of an employee who gets the items cleaned. Coulee Dam Police 11/25 - Police responded to Douglas Avenue and Stevens Avenue where a couple had been in an argument while driving, stopped in the road, and switched seats. The woman allegedly threw a remote control for the car at the man’s face, leaving a mark. The man didn’t wish to press charges for assault in order to not make things worse.
