    Grand Coulee Police 5/8 - A citizen reported that a semi-truck had been parked along Grand Coulee Avenue near the city park overnight and that a vehicle parked by the truck at one point from which a woman got into the semi. She suspected it could have been a prostitute. An officer agreed that parking restrictions could be a reasonable idea outside of the park.     Electric City has canceled its Tuesday, May 9 city council meeting for lack of a quorum. City Clerk Peggy Nevsimal also said the city, which normally offers online access to its meetings, also has no internet service at the moment. The dogs were in their fenced in yards when police responded, but they observed one of the dogs climb over the fence. A man who lives at the home came and put the dogs into their crates. No crime had been committed. - Police took note of an RV in poor condition towing an old van without any license plates parked on Grand Coulee Avenue.
