    Grand Coulee Police 6/7 - Police checked on a report that a man and woman were walking down Federal Avenue arguing. When asked separately, the two said there was nothing going on. 6/12 - A Florida man who was flying his drone over the top of the dam to film the water on the spillway was informed that he couldn’t fly a drone on federal property.     Grand Coulee Police 6/5 - A Warden man said that he had parked his car in front of Loepp Furniture and when he came out he noticed a dent in his vehicle. - A woman living on Goodfellow Avenue in Electric City reported loud music from a nearby apartment.     Learn how to compost your yard and garden waste at a free class on Thursday, June 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the Grant County Public Works public meeting room located at 124 Enterprise St. SE, Ephrata.     Workers remove shingles from the Coulee Dam Community Church May 17 in preparation for re-roofing the 11,000-square-foot building. The total project will likely end up costing from $105,000 to $110,000 said Coulee Dam/Almira Community Church Trustees Chairman Mel Stone.
