    Steve Harrington, custodian at Lake Roosevelt High School, puts yellow tape around a damaged tree Tuesday to keep people away from it until the mess can be cleaned up. Big branches of the blue spruce fell down next to the Career and Technical Education building, the former high school.     The Washington State Parks Winter Recreation Program reminds winter recreation enthusiasts that Sno-Park permits are now available for purchase online and through various vendors.
