New council member sworn in at Coulee Dam

Chris Bulger was sworn in to a vacant seat on the Coulee Dam Town Council Wednesday.

Bulger works at the Grand Coulee Dam, where he was hired as an employee in 2014 after first working there as a contractor in 2000, he said in his letter of interest to the city, which he sent in May.
