New officer joins Coulee Dam Police Department

The town of Coulee Dam gained its fifth police officer, completing the department last week.

Following his graduation from the Washington State Police Academy, Phillip Ogren was sworn in as an officer Sept. 15 and took the Law Enforcement Oath of Honor in a brief ceremony and reception at the Town Hall Ballroom.
