Kids playing Monday night in the Grand Coulee Dam Youth Soccer league took up the last rays of sunlight at dusk with enthusiasm, even if it was for somersaults during the game instead of what their coaches are trying to instill in them.
Makeup games, canceled earlier due to smoke, were underway at the former middle school in Grand Coulee.
