Superfan awarded

Stub Owhi gets a special award at the Feb. 10 meeting of the Grand Coulee Dam School District Board of Directors, including Chair Shannon Nicholson, left, and Buffy Nicholson, her nieces, and Superintendent Rod Broadnax. Owhi has been attending boys' and girls' basketball games, all of them, for five years to support her grandchildren athletes. She's been taking team photos at the end of every game this year.
