2/27- A threats complaint originating from Kelso Avenue Electric City was filed. The police report didn’t include additional details. 

2/28 - While at Safeway in Grand Coulee, a Coulee Dam officer was approached by a worker who pointed out two people shoplifting. The officer requested that the dispatch center have Grand Coulee Police respond as it is in their jurisdiction. The Coulee Dam officer kept eyes on the suspects and pointed them out to the Grand Coulee officer once he arrived, then left the store when he was no longer needed.

3/1 - A check on the welfare of a child, requested by the child’s father, was forwarded to tribal police as the child was in Elmer City, outside of Coulee Dam’s jurisdiction.

3/2 - To provide additional safety, a Coulee Dam officer headed towards Boulder Avenue in Grand Coulee where there was a report of shots fired and only one Grand Coulee officer was present. The Coulee Dam officer left when no longer needed.
