Raiders hit rough week

The Raiders beat the Tonasket Tigers 5-1 in the first baseball game of a doubleheader Saturday, but lost the second 7-4.

The win was their only one of the week, with another loss to the Tigers April 18, and to Manson on April 20.

Lake Roosevelt, with a 7-10 season win-loss record, lost Tuesday night to league-leading Brewster, which is currently ranked second in the state.

The two teams will meet for a doubleheader in Brewster April 28 to complete the regular season.
