Call for bids

to create a website/domain for Center Senior Living

Center Senior Living is a 501c 3 non-profit with the goal of converting the former Center School in Grand Coulee to a top-quality 60 bed assisted living and memory care facility.

The board will accept proposals to create a domain and build a website for this project. The proposal should include examples of your work and previous experience.

Proposals should be returned to Center Senior Living no later than January 15th, 2023.

Coulee Area Park and

Recreation District (CAPRD)

SEEKING VENDOR

Coulee Area Park and Recreation District (CAPRD) is seeking a vendor for grounds maintenance at North Dam Park, Grand Coulee, WA.

The time frame for 2023 contract runs from mid-April through the end of October. The selected vendor will provide maintenance of the park in the areas listed below. The budget for this seasonal project will not exceed $25,000 dollars.

We reserve the right to extend this contract for up to two years.

• Mowing of all cultivated lawn areas -- picnic shelter and adjacent grounds and both ball fields.

• Some adjunct tall grass and weed cutting.

• Provide for the operation of the park-wide irriga

tion system, adjustments and replacement of

sprinkler heads as needed

(may require working with Bureau

of Reclamation employees regarding

irrigation timers and water pumps, etc.)

• One spring fertilization of lawn areas

• Weed eradication in public areas

• General trash pick-up in all public areas and the

Gehrke Windmill Garden

The letter will list the vendors proposed work schedule and cost breakout for the items listed above for North Dam Park. Include copies of vendors Company Liability Insurance and Washington State Business License as well as a list of past work experiences relevant to this type of work.

Letters of intent must be received by Wednesday, January 31st.

A final selection will be made on February 15th.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

PEDESTRIAN SAFETY improvement PROJECT

Ferry Avenue Sidewalk Improvements

Contract No. TA-7243

Federal Aid No. TAP 0280(003)

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Coulee Dam, Washington, at Town Hall located at 300 Lincoln Ave., Coulee Dam, WA 99116 until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2023, and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud.

The project is located within the Town of Coulee Dam between Grant Avenue and the Fiddle Creek Pathway. The project is funded by the Federal Highway Administration.

The improvements for which bids will be received are generally described below:

Removal and replacement of approximately 1,200 LF of concrete sidewalk, with associated tree root removal, driveway repairs, and curb repairs.

Removal and replacement of four ADA curb ramps at the Ferry Avenue/Douglas Avenue intersection with associated sidewalk, curbing, and asphalt repairs.

To bid the project, Bidder shall register and be on the Plan Holders List. After registering, Bidder shall download and print a full set of BIDDING DOCUMENTS from https://hosted.onlineplanservice.com/Project/191. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Additional bid acceptance and contract provisions are specified in the Contract Documents.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of Coulee Dam.
