12/20 - Police checked on a situation at a Burdin Boulevard home where a man said his mother ripped the phone cord out of an Xbox while trying to make a call related to food stamps. The man was also concerned about his mother’s health after a friend said she was having trouble breathing. Medical personnel were allowed to come to the residence to check on her.

- Police went to Kelsey Avenue to investigate a report of someone getting hit with a shovel. The man and woman at the residence said that they had argued but nothing physical had occurred, and others present told police the same thing. The woman had a scratch on her face, which she said came from contacting a lock on a bedroom door. Police looked at the lock and determined it was conceivable for someone to run into it.

12/22 - North Cascades Bank employees told police that they were fine and that they had inadvertently set off the alarm.

- A man found a threatening note on his truck that said, “It’s not hard to find you,” and also “Don’t make me come get you.” The man has no idea who would have left it for him. Her thinks it may have been intended for a neighbor. He said he would defend himself if someone came to his house.

12/23 - Police spoke to a man and woman who had been arguing on Partello Parkway. The woman, who was drunk, was said to have been nit-picky about the messy property that they were visiting from Western Washington. She said she felt threatened when the man picked up an ax that was in the living room. The man allowed police to take the ax for the night, and the woman was happy to sleep in a separate apartment at the property.

- At around 1 a.m., a woman thought to be drunk tried to open every apartment door at apartments on Main Street. She also placed beads on the doorknob of each door. Police are collecting security footage of the incident.

- A resident told police that cars parked on Grand Coulee Avenue blocking the roadway would be moved.
