New bishopric serves area

A new bishopric is serving in the Coulee Dam Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Al Frank, of Electric City, is the new bishop, with counselors Douglas M. Lockard, also of Electric City, and Brad Okamoto, of Coulee City.
