PTA putting on Trunk or Treat at LR Friday

In the third year of the popular event, the Grant Coulee Dam PTA will organize their Trunk or Treat drive-through around Lake Roosevelt Schools this Friday, Oct. 28, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The event features people, clubs and organizations a chance to decorate a vehicle in Halloween glory and hand out treats to carloads of kids.
It started in 2020 in response to the first year of pandemic shut-downs when trick or treating wasn't happening, but folks still wanted a safe way to make it happen.
