Elmer City has hired Kelly Ross as their new clerk this month following the resignation of Gary Benton from that position.

Ross lives in Keller where she has a small farm with her husband, she told The Star. 

She has over 30 years of administrative experience and was the clerk in Nespelem for the past year and a half.

She also has a water distribution manager license.
