9/27 - Someone reported hearing gunfire near Osborn Bay. Police didn’t see anyone there or hear any shots.

- Police observed an elderly man lying on the steps outside a Golf Avenue residence. He said he fell as he went outside to check the mail. Medics came and took him to the hospital. 

9/28 - Police told a woman they would not force her husband to go to the hospital against his will.

- Three subjects were said to have taken down a no-trespassing sign from a residence on Roosevelt Drive and thrown rocks at the residence’s front door. One of the suspects is banned from that property. Police took photos of marks on the front door that may have been caused by rocks. Police are waiting to collect security footage to investigate further.

- A Young Street woman noticed chips on her windshield consistent with shots from a BB gun. She said she would buy cameras for her home.

9/29 - A Main Street man told police he thinks his laptop, which had work done on it and was supposed to be returned to him, had been stolen off of his porch by his neighbor.

- A Roosevelt Drive woman reported feeling harassed by another woman who drove slowly past her home, revved her engine, and peeled her tires.

9/30 - Police pulled over a driver with a suspended license driving near North Dam Park. He was wanted on misdemeanor warrants. Police arrested him; however, the jail was not booking prisoners for misdemeanors, so police let him go.

10/1 - Called by a security firm, police took photos of holes in a fence at a PUD substation on Grand Coulee Avenue.

10/2 - A Spokane Way man reported that he came home to find his generator had been stolen. A lock cable was cut to steal the generator and a glove was left behind. The generator was estimated to have cost $350.

- Campers at Osborn Bay were told that shooting guns was not allowed there due to fire danger.

10/3 - A woman walking on Coulee Boulevard was arrested and taken to jail for assault and for violating a protection order on an earlier date.

9/28 - An officer stood by as a man made a phone call to a woman to tell her she was not welcome at his Douglas Avenue residence and she would be arrested if she went there. The call was made on speaker phone so the officer’s body cam could record the conversation. 

10/1 - Police spoke to a woman on Camas Street who said that her sister had hit her, pushed their mom down, and poked another person in the eye. Police observed injuries on the woman. This gave police probable cause to arrest the sister for multiple counts of assault. She was found hiding behind bushes and trees on a hillside by River Drive. She was arrested and taken to Okanogan County Jail.
