Colville Business Council Vice-Chairman Joel Boyd of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation was placed on administrative leave on March 24 by action of the Executive Committee of the Colville Tribes, a press release from the Colville Tribes says.
The leave is effective immediately and will continue until further action is taken by the full Colville Business Council in the next availab...
