Grant County taxpayers are reminded that real, mobile home, personal property 2nd half taxes are due by Monday, November 2. Since October 31 is on a weekend, the due date is pushed to the next business day, November 2.
If you are sending your payment by mail, please make sure your envelope is postmarked by Post Office personnel on or before November 2nd to avoid being considered delinquent. A drop box is set up outside the courthouse next to the election ballot drop off box for those taxpayers who wish to drop off their tax payment and do not need a receipt. We will be open during noontime October 26th through November 2 to accept payments at the door.
Depending on if the construction of protective barriers are complete in our office, we may or may not have the office physically open to the public. There will also be a drop box in our office lobby if the lobby does open up to the public. Also, if the lobby area does open, we will be able to safely receive cash for tax payments. Please also take advantage of reviewing information regarding your parcel on http://www.grantcountywa.gov. Click on Parcel Information to open TaxSifter.
Taxes can also be paid online at http://www.grantcountywa.gov under the Treasurer’s Tab and also in Taxsifter in the tax section in the Treasurer tab. Payments by credit cards, debit cards or Echecks can only be done through our website as we are unable to take your payments over the phone.
Any questions regarding your taxes, please call 754‑2011 x4299.
