Notice is hereby given that Grand Coulee Dam School District #301J, will hold a public budget hearing to review the 2020-2021 budget in the Lake Roosevelt Jr. /Sr. High School Library at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th day of July, 2020.

Regular board meeting will follow the hearing.

The City of Electric City will sell by sealed bid the following:

2018 Sport Utility Jeep Renegade with approximately

5,900 miles on odometer, minimum bid is $17,000.

The vehicle is being sold AS IS and is available for viewing. Please call City Hall at (509) 633-1510 to make an appointment during normal operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am– 5:00pm). Bids must be submitted on the City supplied bid form which may be obtained at Electric City City Hall or online at http://www.electriccity.us/bid-process-and-bid-awards. Sealed bids must be received at City Hall (10 Stevens Ave., Electric City) by 4:00pm, Friday, July 31, 2020. Sealed Bids, plainly marked “Sealed Bid,” will be opened at 4:00pm. The successful bidder will submit payment and remove the purchased item by 4:00pm, Friday, August 14, 2020. Failure to pay for and remove the purchased item will cause the item to be awarded to the next highest bidder.

A Primary Election will be held, August 4, 2020, in the below mentioned districts for the purpose of submitting to the voters for their approval or rejection the following.

Congressional District 4 US Representative, Governor, Lt. Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, State Auditor, Attorney General, Commissioner of Public Lands, Superintendent of Public Instruction, Insurance Commissioner, Legislative District 12 State Senator, Legislative District 12 State Representative Position 1, Legislative District 12 State Representative Position 2, Legislative District 7 State Representative Position 1, Legislative District 7 State Representative Position 2, Okanogan County Commissioner Position 1, Okanogan County Commissioner Position 2, City of Pateros- Proposition 1- Emergency Medical Care or Emergency Medical Services Levy, Nespelem School District No. 14- Proposition 1-Replacement of Expiring Educational Programs and Operations Levy, Republic School District No. 309-Proposition 1-Bonds to Construct and Renovate School Facilities, Mazama Democratic PCO

The registration deadline for online registrations, mail-in registrations and transfers is July 27, 2020. Any qualified elector who is not registered in the State of Washington or needs to transfer their registration, may register to vote in person at the Auditor’s Office up to and including August 4, 2020.

You can register or obtain registration forms at the Auditor’s Office, on line at http://www.votewa.gov, and through the Department of Licensing.

The Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 104, at the County Courthouse, will be open so voters may obtain replacement ballots, drop off voted ballots, obtain provisional ballots, and use the Accessible Voting Units, at the following times:

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM July - August 3, 2020

On Election Day only, August 4, 2020, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Voters needing additional information or assistance with voter registration forms or voting may call

(509) 422-7240. Voters unable to use the mail-in ballot may use the Accessible Voting Unit available at the County Auditor’s Office.

Ballots require no postage and must be postmarked by the day of the election. Check with your local Post Office for deadlines to have your ballot postmarked properly.

Meetings of the Okanogan County Canvassing Board are open, public meetings and shall be continued until the activities for which the following meetings are held have been completed. Canvass Board meetings are held in the Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 104, at the County Courthouse, in Okanogan.

Wednesday, August 12th and Friday, August 14th, 2020, at 11:00 AM to determine the status of any provisional or challenged ballots

Tuesday, August 18th, 2020 at 2:00 PM to canvass the votes cast and certify the election

This notice is in accordance with RCW 29A.52.

Public Notice

The Keller School District No. 003, Ferry County, Washington, has completed preparation of a budget for fiscal year 2020-2021. The completed budget is on file in the school district administration office located at 17 South School Road, Keller, WA 99140. A copy of the budget will be furnished to any person at the above address.

The Board of Directors of Keller S.D. #003, Ferry County, WA will be meeting via Zoom on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 5p.m., for the purpose of adopting the 2020-2021 budget. If you wish to join the meeting please contact the Keller School District at (509)634-4325.

Any person may appear at this meeting and be heard for or against any part of such budget, the four year budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of enrichment funding under RCW 28A505.240.
